On Saturday, April 24, 2010, The Monroe County Waste Management Authority team of Volunteers will be taking our tradional beautification efforts to new heights along with with other state agencies and participants from more than 25 other civic-minded and environmentally-concerned organizations.

This event is known as the THE GREAT PENNSYLVANIA CLEANUP (GPC). a website was created which we would like you to invite you to visit to learn more about the Day's activities: www.gacofpa.org . Penn Dot will again furnish everyone with a safety vest, gloves and litterbags for the pickup efforts.
