It is concerned citizens that report to us suspicious behavior, dump sites, and provide us leads about people that have broken the law and unlawfully dumped garbage or waste where it does not belong.

No person shall throw or deposit litter upon any highway or upon any public or private property or into or on the water of the county, or from a vehicle, any waste paper, sweepings, ashes, household waste, glass, metal, refuse or rubbish or any dangerous or detrimental substance.
