Below you will find the Monroe County Regulated Waste Hauler License Applications. Please download and complete the appropriate application.
Under 17,000 lbs annually:
Refuse Hauler License Application (Under 17,000)
Over 17,000 lbs annually:
Refuse Hauler License Agreement (Over 17,000)
Once completed please deliver or mail it (along with all necessary documents and payment) to:
